The Mission of The Hozho Foundation is to develop and manage Green Energy based multifamily buildings with Accessible Interior Design to contribute with Permanent Supportive Rental Housing for individuals with physical disabilities in Los Angeles County; allowing very-low-income people who are experiencing or at-risk of homelessness, the opportunity to live with dignity and independence in an integrated community that provides access to appropriate and voluntary supportive services that fit their needs.
